1662 Views In order to prevent imminent damages and negative consequences for energetic security of the State, without prejudice, the Constitutional Court ordered the suspension of the Parliament Decision no. 224 on repelling the Parliament Decisions on the appointment of Directors Board of National Agency for Energy Regulation until the settlement on the merits of the case by issuing a decision or a final judgment.
The Court also proscribed any actions aimed at enforcing the suspended Parliament Decisions.
The Decision of the Constitutional Court shall enter into force on the date of passing, and shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
The Court has decided to examine the aforementioned complaint as a matter of priority, on 8 of December 2015.
