The Constitutional Court announces the publication of the proceedings of the International Conference entitled “The Future of the ‘Marketplace of Ideas’ Amid the Rise of the Internet, Fake News, and Artificial Intelligence: Challenges for Constitutional Courts”, held in Chișinău on 24 April 2026.

The Conference was organised in the context of the Republic of Moldova’s Presidency of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe and brought together representatives of constitutional and supreme courts, the European Court of Human Rights, the Court of Justice of the European Union, the Venice Commission, public authorities, academia, and civil society.
