Judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova Born on September 2nd 1970, graduated from the Law Faculty of Moldova State University (1994), Master of Law (2001). Superior lecturer within the Department of Public Law, Law Faculty of Moldova State University (2010-2018); Lecturer within the Department of Constitutional Law and Administrative Law of the Law Faculty of Moldova State University (1994-2010). Lawyer, member of the Moldovan Bar Association within the "Faculty of Law" Bar (1998-2005); Adviser to the President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova (2005-2007); Expert of the Scientific Advisory Council within the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova (2013-2015); Member of the Center of Constitutional Studies and Education of Human Rights of the Republic of Moldova (2006-present); Author of over 30 scientific articles in the field of Constitutional Law. Awarded the Moldova State University Diploma "For distinct didactic-scientific accomplishments, special merits in the field of training staff of high qualification and on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the day MSU was founded" (2011) and the "Moldova State University" („Universitatea de Stat din Moldova") Medal, on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of MSU (2006). Named judge of the Constitutional Court by the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Moldova Nr. 403 of 15.08.2019.
