Suspension of the Government’s Decision on approving the results of the contest regarding the Airport's leasing (Complaint nr. 39a/2013)

Given the fact that, disregarding the Decision of the Constitutional Court No. 11 of 10 September 2013 on suspending the action of the Government’s Decision No. 321 of 30 May 2013 regarding the approval of leasing the assets of S.E. "Chisinau International Airport" and the terms of their leasing, the Government adopted on 12 September 2013 the Decision No. 715 for the approval of the Report on the ongoing and results of the closed contest on selecting the concessionaire of the S.E. "Chisinau International Airport" assets, on 19 September 2013 the Constitutional Court disposed the suspension of the Government’s Decision No. 715 of 12 September 2013, until the merits of case will be solved by issuing a decision or a final judgment.

Furthermore, the Court prohibited any action that would carry out the implementation of those two suspended decisions of the Government.

The Decision of the Constitutional Court shall enter into force on the date of passing and shall be published in the Official Journal of the Republic of Moldova.
