and art. 143 of the Constitution.
The case originated in the complaint filed by the Members of the Parliament Anatol Ciobanu and Vasile Nedelciuc on May 27, 1999 and September 6, 1999, respectively, in accordance with art. 24 and 25 of the Law on the Constitutional Court, art. 38 and 39 of the Code of Constitutional Jurisdiction.
By decisions of the Constitutional Court of July 27, 1999 and September 22, 1999 the complaints were accepted for consideration, joined in a single file and included in the agenda.
During the preliminary examination of the complaint, the opinions of the Parliament, the President of the Republic of Moldova, the Government,
and Ministry of Justice were requested.
