The Constitutional Court has released the first issue of the periodical publication the Bulletin of Constitutional Court

The Bulletin of the Constitutional Court was designed as a tool to disseminate the jurisprudence of the national constitutional court as well as of the constitutional courts of other states; it is also intended as a source of information on the case-law of the European Court of Human Rights, of the Court of Justice of the European Union, of the recommendations and standards developed by the Venice Commission or by other international law courts, the jurisprudence of which represents an enlightening response to social challenges. Therefore, having them produced in a theoretical and practical publication will contribute in order to underline the importance of certain controversial issues in the constitutional law doctrine and case-law, as well as to identify solutions to solve them, and also to ensure their fair interpretation and application by those to whom the legal norms are addressed.

The major stake of the Constitutional Court, through this edition, lies in its potentiality to contribute to the optimization of the study of the constitutional law both in terms of doctrinal and practical perspective, clarifying the requirement to improve the constitutional law as reported to the evolving values of the society. The overwhelming goal of the Bulletin is to spread the constitutional case-law at the national and international level, as a reflection of the reason to live in a democratic society, in which constitutional values are well-grounded and respected by everyone.

We hope that, starting with its first edition, the Bulletin of the Constitutional Court will become a useful publication for legal specialists, as well as for the general public, being a necessary and comprehensive source of information in the field of constitutional law.
